- Brake refurbishment and replacement – including brake cables, drums and shoes
- Chassis welding and fabrication – for frame damage, corrosion or modification
- Horsebox ramp and panel replacement – restore safety and structure to your horse trailer
We also carry out general maintenance and safety inspections. If you’re unsure what the problem is, our experienced team can complete a full trailer assessment and provide a clear repair quotation. Trailer Brake and Axle Repairs
Brakes and axles are essential to the safe operation of your trailer. We carry out trailer brake repairs, brake refurbishment and axle repairs or replacement, depending on the condition of the components. We will inspect the trailer, explain the work required and provide a quotation before repairs begin.
Trailer Welding and Fabrication
Our trailer welding and fabrication work includes chassis repairs, replacement brackets, structural welding and bespoke panel work. We assess the affected area carefully to determine whether a safe and practical repair can be completed.
Trailer Floor Repairs and Replacement
A soft, rotten, cracked or damaged trailer floor can make a trailer unsafe, particularly when carrying vehicles, plant or livestock. We can inspect the trailer floor boards, supporting framework, ramps and fixings to identify damage or deterioration.
Where appropriate, we can carry out trailer floor repairs or a complete trailer floor replacement. This may include removing substandard flooring, checking the structure underneath and fitting suitable replacement floor boards.
